how to join:
1. CREATE YOUR VIDEO 🎬
Create an original video featuring a WakeFX product or something directly related to WakeFX.
Get creative! Your video can showcase your ride, your WakeFX setup, your experience with WakeFX, or anything that connects directly to the brand.
2. POST YOUR VIDEO 📱
Post your video on Instagram, TikTok, or both.
Your account must be public so your entry can be viewed.
3. TAG WAKEFX
Tag @wakefx_ in your post.
4. USE THE OFFICIAL HASHTAG
Include the official contest hashtag:
#ReelTheWakeByWAKEFX
5. FOLLOW WAKEFX
Follow the WakeFX social-media account on the platform where you are entering.
6. KEEP YOUR ENTRY PUBLIC
Keep your entry publicly visible for the duration of the contest period so it remains eligible and can be viewed by WakeFX.

Entries are open now until September 7.
Make sure your entry is posted and meets all requirements before the deadline.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The submitted video must clearly feature a WakeFX product or have a direct and meaningful connection to WakeFX.
Examples include:
WakeFX products being used while wakesurfing
Creative product demonstrations
Product reviews or showcases
Wakesurfing videos featuring WakeFX products
Creative WakeFX product videos
Fun or entertaining videos involving WakeFX
Educational or instructional wakesurfing content featuring WakeFX
A creative story or lifestyle video centered around WakeFX
The video does not need to look like a traditional advertisement. Participants are encouraged to bring their own personality, style, and creativity to the content.
Content Usage & WakeFX Features
As part of REEL THE WAKE, WakeFX may feature submitted videos and content across its social-media and marketing channels.
This may include:
Reposting entries on WakeFX's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other social platforms
Featuring videos on the WakeFX website
Including content in future social-media posts
Using submitted videos or clips in WakeFX promotional content
Featuring standout entries in future WakeFX campaigns
Sharing participant content through WakeFX stories, reels, emails, or other marketing channels
This means that your REEL THE WAKE entry could become part of the WakeFX story beyond the contest itself.
We want to give participants an opportunity not only to compete for the prizes, but also to have their creativity and riding experience featured and shared with the wider WakeFX community.
Your video could be featured, reposted, or shared by WakeFX across our social-media and marketing channels. So even if you don't take home one of the prizes, your content could still get a spotlight from WakeFX.
