We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

RopePal Reel Repair Options & Process
If your RopePal reel needs repair, we offer two options depending on what works best for you.
Option 1 — Send Your Reel for Repair
You can simply mail your reel directly. It will be inspected, repaired, and sent back to you once complete. Once we receive your reel, please allow 3-5 business days for return.
Repair costs:
Within the 1-year warranty: There is no charge for the repair.
Outside the 1-year warranty: The repair fee is $75, which includes shipping and handling.
For warranty repairs, shipping arrangements will be coordinated as part of the repair process.

Option 2 — Receive an Exchange Reel
If you would prefer to receive a replacement reel first rather than wait for your original reel to be repaired, we also offer a replacement reel option with a $300 fully refundable security deposit. Receive your replacement in 3-5 business days.
How It Works
Pay the $300 refundable security deposit below.
We’ll send you a replacement reel along with the return packaging, return postage, and instructions.
Once you receive the replacement reel, place your original reel in the provided packaging.
Send your original reel back using the provided return postage.
Once we receive your original reel, your security deposit will be refunded according to the warranty status of your reel:
Within the 1-year warranty: Full $300 deposit will be refunded.
Outside the 1-year warranty: A $75 repair, shipping, and handling fee is deducted, and $225 will be refunded.
The $300 is a refundable security deposit and is not the cost of the replacement reel.
